According to Article 16 of our University's Education and Examination Regulations, "Students who are unable to take mid-term exams for valid and justifiable reasons are entitled to take a make-up exam, as decided by the relevant board of directors. No make-up exams are allowed for exams other than mid-term exams. Students who wish to benefit from the make-up exam must apply to our Vocational School within seven days at the latest, before the end of the semester and after the end of the excuse period. The right to a make-up exam cannot be used more than once for the same course. Make-up exams are held during the relevant semester."

Therefore, students who are unable to take the midterm exams are required to fill out the excuse form via the link provided below and submit it to the department/program chairmanship, along with a supporting document indicating their excuse. Make-up exams for students whose excuses are accepted by the department/program chairmanships will be held between May 21-26, 2023. The make-up exam schedule will be announced by our Vocational School.
